Will defends injury by accident and occupational exposure cases throughout North Carolina.  Will represents employers and carriers in cases involving compensability issues, employment and contractor disputes, subrogation and lien rights, and insurance coverage matters.  Will also represents clients in claims arising under the Defense Base Act (DBA) and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA).

Will has experience representing clients at all levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and state trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Department of Labor.  He is admitted to practice in state and federal court and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.

Will grew up in Hickory, North Carolina with two younger brothers. Will graduated from NC State University and Campbell Law School.  He lives in Raleigh with his wife and daughter.
